• APQP
  Systematically and completely design our product lines in accordance with a sufficient understanding of customer¡¯s need. To make our products fully meet customer¡¯s requirement, there are constant evaluation and QC tracking for any product made in the trial production, volume production and sample production. Improve the Control Plan continually.
PFMEA
  Analyze the ineffective ways and modes that might arise in the whole production process , then based on such analysis, find specific ways to put them in control, and enhance the quality of product by the continual tracking of those ways and modes.
SPC
  Make statistic of the production process and product character parameter, and draw the control chart and analyze the data. Adjust them to make the product quality stable when an abnormal situation appears.
MSA
  Check the stability, repeatability and reappearance of the measurement system for the production control, choose appropriate one, make the whole process in control.
QCC
  Inspire the whole staff¡¯s enthusiasm , encourage them consciously solve the spot question. Take measures to improve and consolidate these improvement. Commend the staff if they work enthusiastically. Make a favorable atmosphere right for work.
Pushing of 5s
  The 5s policy, that is , cleaning, clearing, neatening, tidying and attainment is pushed throughout the company; elevate each staff ¡®s accomplishment, and establish a suitable circumstance for work.
  Durative Improvement
  According to the company¡¯s feature, set up durative improvement plan on all aspects of production process, and start every work on the base of it.
Running towards the Post
  Analyze the key production data and compare them with the company¡¯s certain goals. Promote the company¡¯s improvement. Acquire a better product quality and more timely goods delivery.
