The FPC Plant of
Pilot is located at Shajing High -Tech Industry Zone,
Shenzhen. It covers an area of 4500 ,
and is built under the Korean Management mode. The plant
stands in a quiet and woody place where is near the beach
side, and the workshops is separate from the staff’s
apartment. At present, there are 180 employees, 36% of
which are the technicians and management staff. As for
its management , it upholds the idea of “ Respect
for people and work, unity to strength” to ensure
the plant is on a favorable production condition so that
the company could develop steadily.
By the company’s business tenet of “Reasonablely
Dealing with Work, Efficiently Innovating with Job”,
it has been producing with advanced technologies and equipment
highly-precise single,double-sided and multilayer FPC
for some years. Now, it has passed the certification of
UL and ISO9001, and the ISO140000 certification has been
on the way to pass. Run by the quality principle of “High
Standards, Zero Deffect”, the plant makes each of
its production step, from base materials purchasing to
finished products shipping, strictly in accordance with
US. IPC and MIL Quality Standards .

Hong Kong and the mainland China, we have established
